However, one does have to know what context they say the word “peaceful” in with reference to their nuclear program. In Islam, "peace" is only achieved by submission to Islam. Therefore, a program can only be labeled "peaceful" if it advances Islam's domination.

There is no agreement.
Iran doesn't want to be bound by one.
Obama wants to play like there's an agreement...and believes he can fake it...and get away with it.
And, if he's eventually found out, he'll blame the Republicans or the diplomatic failure.
This is all a farce.
In the meantime, the centrifuges spin...and Bibi is right to worry. And prepare to take action.

Obama's 'appeasement' plan with Iran is all about having a deal, (any deal !)to put in his 'empty' legacy box.......his policy 'points' to downgrade ties to Israel as well as the Saudi's and let Iran fill the vacuum left by the US in return for a nuke agreement.....he's setting the stage and aiding Iran to be the primary force in the region.... Insane!
