“War is upon you whether you wish it or not.”

While the war of violence is still small, it is growing. Sides will be chosen and you will go to war only with what you have put aside. Prepare now with the basics:

- guns and ammo
- reloading supplies
- first aid supplies
- water storage
- food

While that is not all you need, it will be a good start. Also develop the associated skills:

- how to shoot
- how to maintain and repair your weapon
- how to reload
- how to apply basic fighting tactics (defense, patrol, over watch, etc)
- first aid skills (consider classes up to paramedic 1)
- how to filter and purify water
- how to store food and rotate stock
- how to can

Since 2008 more guns, ammo bought in US history. Has any country’s people in world history ever been so well-armed?

...." It’s an establishment that inflicts an ever-increasing series of petty humiliations on its opponents and considers this all hilarious"....

They do so with any they want to humiliate....no matter what crisis they might face...it's a joke to them because they will not be stopped. Here's Obama and Perry when the immigrants were flooding the border that Obama orchestrated...obma had no concerns for the crisis it caused Texas up

Liberals ask how a baker can believe that making a cake for a same sex wedding violates his conscience, but they don’t think about how the standard they are setting is that the government now gets to determine the validity of individual beliefs. Do they want us passing judgment on them?

Currently some states are having a hard time getting drug makers to provide the drugs needed to perform executions by lethal injections. By the "new standard" these drug providers should not be able to opt out of selling these drugs simply because they find these executions to be immoral.

Am I off base on this?

As John Ross put it repeatedly in Unintended Consequences, "Stripping motivated people of their dignity and rubbing their noses in it is a very bad idea."
