It has always bugged me that judicial system workers clerks to judges think/believe that the ordinary people need to support the system like royal courts. If I had my way the entire judicial system from US Supreme Court down to local traffic courts would be defunded at least 30%. That would still be darned good pay for a ‘servants’ pay.
We’ve been told repeatedly by endless sources, city, county state and federal government workers benefits, salaries, and gold plated retirement pensions are literally choking off the budgets.
Much of this is due to the fact that the private sector tax slaves are not making the money they used to. That = less taxes, less dollars for government.
The private sector is being gang banged by taxes, fees, fines, assessments and endless costly regulations.
In non-government middle America, most have seen their investments, savings, and incomes shrink year after year after year.
These are very ugly facts those in these government positions avoid like the plague and like to ignore.
I hope people paid attention, and realized how much the city was dependent on that revenue.
The city AND the police unions are dependent on that flow.
Sure, but I think a lot of other areas besides the police need the dough...
