Not so much. Egypt fell back to the original status and military-led government. Syria’s little civil war fell apart, with ISIS now concentrated on Iraq, which the Saudis intended to topple Assad and put a friendly gov’t in place has failed. Iran is in Iraq and trying to be some ‘solution’. The Saudis are now fairly worried about the fall of Yemen.
If you ask me...for every step forward by the administration...they’ve gone two steps back.
