Why is no one mentioning the black-and-white scarf/scarves? I saw two different pictures of him today in the newspapers and in both he was wearing a black-and-white scarf of the kind people wear when they want to look hip and edgy but don’t have the gonads to wear a keffiyeh.

Yes, because they can't wrap their mind around the otherwise conclusions that are what they are.,,,most don't because we are so dumbed down in this country to calling things something they aren't. An acccepting that it is so. This is why we send murders to prison rather than execute them. Why we "label" clear criminal acts as something brought on by someones child hood or their parents..or a teacher and on and on. What it does is excuses 'everyone' from personal responsibility.
He just bought two Audis... one was for his girlfriend. Right before he went on the flight he took delivery on one of the vehicles.

The scarf actually tells me all I need to know. If he had been a pilot who was concerned about passenger safety, he would not ever have had that thing around his neck.
The drugs are a problem, yes. That the brain rewires itself to go around them is exactly logical and probably exactly right.

One of my brothers called me yesterday morning and he said the same thing.
Anyone confirm the note? I was led to believe that the note was to take all days off and not to fly again.
