Many if not most American universities (and sadly primary and secondary schools too) have become infiltrated with anti-american groups over the last 60 or more years. Their liberal/Marxist/ philosophies have been pumped into the students at an ever increasing rate so that now there is almost no understanding of the beauty and greatness of the American experiment within the last two generations. FBI investigates, and Congress must charge. At least that's how I understand it.
Believe it or not, Treason relies mostly on intent and is rarely investigated.

There was a time when people like this were severely beaten in front of a hundred witnesses
and when the police arrived nobody would clam to have seen anything.

And yes, people like this deserve that kind of action. But the Law will not touch the traitor.
