Those Texans that belong to the race of professional victims are exhibiting hypocrisy. The Lone Star Flag of Texas was flown every battle where there were Texans fighting against the Union and for the Confederacy. Should the Lone Star Flag be included because it represented the Confederacy de facto as was the CBF?

Good point, and the answer (according to the race hustlers) is "yes, it should be." In fact, if it were up to them, the American flag would also be outlawed as a symbol of racism, and portraits/monuments/statues of most of the Founding Fathers would be taken down because they either owned slaves or said objectionable things about race by today's PC standards. The Confederate Battle flag is just a convenient immediate target for people whose real agenda is destroying all symbols of America's heritage and western culture in general.

“The Feds un-Constitutionally intruding into States Rights issues again. That is primarily the resentment of those who would display the Confederate Battle Flag.”

If that’s the case, why did this case go to the Supreme Court? The state of Texas banned this license plate, not the feds. The state has spoken, so why are the Sons of the Confederates appealing it all the way to the SCOTUS?
