The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
I don’t like this guy. He strikes me as a desk riding cookie pusher
Can anyone here imagine George S. Patton ever uttering the words “strategic patience”?
No Dempsey, YOU are the mistake. Now run along and give Obama another b.job!!
My GAYDAR goes off the chart looking at him.
Strategic patience. An excuse to temporize and do nothing. I wondered what einstein dreamed up that phrase which we heard just last week or so from the Usurper.
“...n a shocking display of its military power, Boko Haram seized and controlled territory in the beleaguered northeastern states of Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa. *** In responding to the Islamist group, government security forces were also implicated in grave violations of human rights and international humanitarian law in the treatment of Boko Haram suspects. *** Violence persisted, despite the imposition of a state of emergency in 2013 that was renewed in May. The conflict resulted in the death of over 2,500 civilians between January and August 2014, and the displacement of over 650,000 residents within Nigeria as well as more than 80,000 as refugees in neighboring countries...:”

Instead of doing less bombing, why don't we devote more resources to intelligence gathering so we can bomb them more?
No, but General George B. McClellan comes to mind.
No one’s suggesting “carpet bombing” and that he frames all airstrikes as “carpet bombing” sounds to me like his agenda really isn’t a concern for further radicalization of people that are already as extreme as they can get... so much as it could be he’s afraid of the political risks, such as a shootdown when we aren’t willing politically to put in the resources necessary to conduct a proper strike with backup and rescue teams able to go in on the ground.
Who exactly is out there fretting over the treatment of Boko Haram? Find them and we'll find the root of the expanding terrorist problem.

"I am an American fighting man. I serve in the forces which guard my country and our way of life. I am prepared to give my life in their defense." |
ISIS can’t produce propoganda if they’re all immolated. Just saying.
Fry them with extreme prejudice.
Dempsey has been assimilated. I’m sure he and mike mullen are both deeply disappointed at their luck, that after carefully managing their careers for decades and managing to climb to the CJoS, a pussy like Barack Obama was in the Oval Office when they got there.
What Ivy League, Gender Studies, liberal douchebag dreamed that phrase up..?
The Dempsy Dumbster is off this planet. Bomb those sand coons to extinction
Someone should explain to Dempsey that if you are afraid of of playing into ISIS propaganda you are in fact then controlled BY ISIS.
He’s saying what his boss told him to say.
