If you liked the fairness doctrine, you will love net neutrality.

Gotta love how the Dem commissioner focuses on “the privileged” in her statement. This was an ideological vote based on social justice reasoning and will have commensurate bad consequences.

This is so incredibly effed it’s not funny.... People have NO idea what the hell just happened today.

This is from another article:

“net neutrality plan to protect openness on the Internet by treating the online world more like heavily regulated telecommunications markets.”

Did they miss that part? “heavily regulated telecommunications markets”?? You know, like how TV and radio stations have to get a license, then have their money stolen by the FCC if they broadcast anything the FCC deems offensive on and on.

......supporters say are critical to protecting the freedom of the Internet...

Well, you can count on it doing exactly the opposite of that, that's a given. Kind of like the "Affordable Care Act". Let's see, what should we call it?

“Stroke of a pen, law of the Land.”

Absent legislation. Absent our vote. Absent this being an actual problem in the consumer market...

Hang ‘em. All of ‘em.

The response should be legislation to overturn the FCC action (Marsha blackburn says she will sponsor) however obama would just veto it. The carriers will sue but the court action will take a long time. Not sure what happens in interim.

The Net Neutrality issue was just a trojan horse for the gov’t takeover of the internet. If luv the efficiency of the DMV, or your electric utility you will luv ObamaNet.

You weren’t using that free speech anyway.

Now shut your bigoted face and go pay your taxes. Your hard working government is broke. :)
