It's very dangerous because poison gases like sulfur mustard (more commonly known as
mustard gas) and
Tabun (GA) nerve gas are easily manufactured in homemade stills--which means if ISIS can get access to a chemical factory that makes pesticides or herbicides they can make these two poison gases on a very large scale.
Tabun is particularly dangerous because one whiff of the gas can kill a person in about 10-15 minutes in a pretty gruesome manner.
