These are vehicles, not weapons. Ukraine has been looted and basically disarmed by Russian puppet governments since independence and when they finally got real independence, Russia invaded.

As I define it yes. Others...most others...are FAR more forgiving than I am. Put it this way, he damn sure isn’t a Steve McQueen, James Garner or Lee Marvin; 3 men who were the real deal.
