it’s very funny/odd that the ‘Christian Crusades’ are always mentioned but the ‘Muslim Crusades’ which begat the Christian crusades is NEVER mentioned- The FACT is that the Christian crusades were a defensive act against muslim aggression that had been ongoing for quite some time- The Christian crusades were a direct result of the MUSLIM CRUSADES that were waged against Christians and Jews. Muhammad initiated and ordered aggression against the Christian ‘infidels’ and ordered that their lands be taken by the sword- which they did!
I don’t hear anyone on Fox news getting the FACTS out to the public who are largely ignorant of what actually happened, and who mistakenly think the Christian Crusades were an order by the church to plunder, murder and convert via the sword- the Crusades were NOT - Some crusaders did go astray, however, they were NOT doing so under the orders from the church, they were doing so under the influence of the evil one because these people were NOT saved to begin with- God NEVER ordered such atrocities, and those few that did so were NOT following orders from God- Period!

The Crusades were a DEFENSIVE action against a Muslim invasion of the West. They had already taken Jerusalem and kicked out all Christians and Jews. Pope Urban II started the first Crusade in 1095 at the request of the Orthodox church in Constantinople. They needed help defending themselves against the beheaders.

My Mother has wondered a very chilling idea- She has said that she believes He may go for “President of the UN” (which may be why he has proposed so many laws that allow the UN to take unprecedented control of the US- land rules that allow the UN to monitor how land is used in the US in terms of ‘climate change’ regulations etc- Gun laws which are UN mandate4d and enforced- doing an end run around congress, having the US tried for ‘waR crimes’ in the Iraq and Afghanistan wars’ etc-
The world would go absolutely nuts IF he gets such a position- The world absolutely loves him (not for any ligit reason, but simply because he is black, extremely liberal, loves socialism and loves islam and is fien with Islamic terrorism while at the same time vilifying the ‘extreme radical right’ (ie tea party, conservatives, etc- calling US extremists)

It’s simple, if you have the courage to believe it. Obama is on the other side. For Obama, America, Christianity, traditional values, Republicans, success are the enemy, which must be transformed.
Once you get this, Obama is very understandable and predictable.
Islam as you describe it appears very similar to today’s progressivism or liberalism. Ironic that Obama and the left fail to see that alignment.
As the Left is fond of saying, “don’t confuse them with facts”. I’d love to hear O’Reilly do a chronological piece on the “Crusades” and where the Christian campaigns fit against Islamic incursions. Ive long considered what we see today with the muslims as a result of the strength of oil money allowing them to push forward again. The muslims think in terms of centuries, whilst the West think in terms of who’s next on American Idol. This could be a fatal mistake for the West.

Islam is violent and repressive, and its sacred texts are the heart of darkness at the center of the Islamic State's inspiration and motivation, despite Barack Obama's assertions in September 10th's address to the nation that the Islamic State "is not Islamic" and that "no religion condones the killing of innocents." Violence is an integral part of Islamic doctrine, following the example set by its Prophet Mohammed, and in the name of Islam and Allah, Muslims have been murdering innocents, since 656 AD.
Six hundred years after Mohammed, one of Islam's most respected scholars, Ibn Khuldan wrote 'Muqaddimah' (Introduction to History), which explained: "In the Muslim community, the holy war is religious duty, because of the universalism of the Muslim mission and [the obligation to] convert everybody to Islam either by persuasion or force."
Like most good Muslims, Khaldun's inspiration came from 'The Verse of the Sword', Sura 9:5, "revealed" towards the end of Mohammed's life, as well as similar themes previous to Sura 9:
Sura 9:5__ “...kill the Mushrikun (unbelievers) wherever you find them ... But if they repent and perform As-Salat/ Iqamat-as-Salat [the Islamic ritual prayers], then leave their way free..." Also Sura 9:33__ "It is He [Allah] Who has sent His Messenger [Mohammed] with guidance and the religion of truth [Islam], to make it superior over all religions..."

Long before the Crusades, starting with Mohammed to the present times, the Muslims have been committing unbelievable atrocities in the name of Allah and Islam. Jesus preached love, even for our enemies; Muhammad, with his scimitar in hand, ordered to behead or to burn alive the infidels that did not convert to Islam.

In December 627 Muhammad led an attack against the Al-Mustalaq tribe. Because that tribe fought back, Muhammad ordered their fortifications to be set on fire, even though the Muslims knew there were women and children inside.
Around June 628, when Kinanah bin al-Rabi of the Jewish Bani al-Nadir tribe would not reveal where his conquered tribe’s treasures were hidden, Muhammad ordered one of his soldiers, “Torture him until you extract what he has,” so a fire was built on Kinanah’s chest until Kinanah nearly died.
In June 632, after Muhammad’s death, an attack on Ubna that he had earlier ordered took place. The leader of the Muslim force said,
… the Messenger of God commanded me and this was his last command to me: …to raid them, without inviting them [to Islam], and to destroy and burn.
