Comparing the excesses of medieval Christendom with modern Islam - hey I’m all for that. But make no mistake about it, the 1st crusade was in response to a cry for help by the eastern church from - the Jihad of Islam. The decline of eastern Christianity was because of the Jihad. So ultimately Obam is also historically challenged in a manner consistent with believing Islam was/is a religion of peace.
