His only possible defense could be that he’s simply monumentally incompetent. It’s tempting to believe that, but the law of averages weighs against it. Even a total boob would get things right once in awhile, just by sheer luck.

The cynical side of me says John Kerry has been taking so long on purpose, just so Iran can develop the Bomb. That would be the fair thing to do in Obama’s world.
