Of course not directly, that would be a position about Juanita Broaddrick that you don’t want to say in front of everyone, you just want to say it about the dozens of accusers against Bill Cosby.
What proof were you talking about when Clinton settled out of court with a woman who accused him of sexual harassment?

I didn’t say he must be innocent. I said there is no evidence he is guilty. If I claimed you drugged and raped me 10 years ago but provided no evidence that I even ever met you, I never filed a police report and couldn’t even say the date, do you think it would be fair for everyone to assume you are guilty?
When and if I see some strong, corroborating evidence I will believe he is guilty.
Actually two filed police reports, and Cosby settled for the 2004 rape in 2006, after first trying to use his 400 million dollar wealth, media and lawyer power to block her, and then settling when she found 13 more Jane Doe victims of Cosby, most of who remain anonymous today and never sought money or recognition.
Oh my goodness, I live with wonderful men. By far most men are wonderful. I fight the constant male discrimination we see around us; it disgusts me as does 90% of feminism.

Consider that it does not speak to culpability, but credibility.
It's been established that she's willing to do things for money that most people don't, or won't.
This isn’t about one woman, but about 30 women so far.
Do you think that Cosby has never raped a woman, and that all the claims are false, including the 2004 drugging/rape that he settled out of court on in 2006?
In regards to public opinion, anything goes...I think there's some fire where there's so much smoke. Do I believe that every claim against him is true? I'm not so naïve.
His denials don't have a lot of credibility at this point. But, I do not feel a need to SOLVE the issue; I don't know what happened and I don't have to.
In regards to both Courts, by definition he doesn't have to prove his innocence. His credibility isn't so much at issue. When accusations are being made the credibility of the accuser is.
Two factors that I weigh? What is the context, and who is the person?
In regards to the context...take the Playboy Mansion. Bill Cosby didn't hang out there stag because he liked the chef, or because Hef is a brilliant conversationalist. He was looking for sex. I think we can all assume that, right?

Cosby doesn’t deny the drugging rape that he settled.
The Beverly Johnson accusation: She wasn’t at the Playboy mansion, she wasn’t in the adult entertainment business. She went to Cosby’s house to discuss a role on his TV show. She had been invited there before with her child, for pete’s sake. Not all of these women had bad reputations.
Cosby knew what he was doing. He didn’t go around drugging nuns. He chose some women that society would look down on and not believe. He knew there would be people like all of his defenders that he could easily fool and get away with it.
You could write the exact same list of evidence that is lacking (rape kits, DNA, etc.) in the Jerry Sandusky case. There were none of these things. So, I’m assuming you believe Jerry Sandusky was innocent of all of the charges against him. I would really like to hear your defense of him.
What evidence? She has the same evidence that the boys in the Sandusky case had. Please defend Jerry. I would love to hear it.
