Who can say how the current atmosphere of racial animosity may have affected a decision by the gunmen to shoot at the cops?
I've seen the local fifth-column leftist TV news 'reporters' do the same thing, describing the suspect-on-the-loose and what he was wearing, based on eyewitness reports, but leaving out any mention of race or ethnicity. Again, when they don't said it, they've said it.
The key question is, has he removed all the military leaders who still are willing to live up to their oath to oppose all DOMESTIC enemies? Rock 'n a hard place when your Commander in Chief is the number one domestic enemy!
I think the objective is to prod and poke and thereby provoke the citizens who simply want to get on with their lives until they are driven to retaliate by defending their existence.
