Tests do nothing more than prove the intelligence diparity between children of differing backgrounds. And that’s not fair. Only smart students should have to take the tests.

I wonder if minority students includes students from Asia or American born students who parents, grand parents etc emigrated from Asia.
Somehow I don’t think the parents of Asian students will support the eliminating of testing.

Easiest fix: whom that uses the service(s)...PAYS for the service(s).
Then, start hiring those that WISH to teach. The pillars of the (biz) community: biz theory, finance, etc. There’s no need for the dregs of the teaching world, that could give 2-hoots about Susie/Johnny after their ‘long’ 5 hr. day, to be ‘certified’
