Something I learned many moons ago as a young MBA who eventually became an officer in a $400M corp...
1. Sales are good.
2. Profits are better.
3. But CASH is KING!

Apple does well selling to the people who have to be ahead of the Jone’s.
For the rest of the world, Android works fine.

Steve Jobs always chose to maximize unit profit margin vs gaining market share.
He was very wise and a true, free market capitalist.

If you guessed Apple, youd be so far off the mark that youre probably in need of public assistance for watching too much Faux News and reading Business Insider. The article's slanted leftist agenda leaves me skeptical. The statements might be true, but I'll wait for an objective source.

The Apple Iphones and IPads are very smooth, the games almost always work as advertised. Pricey but works well.
Android does what most people need though. Cheaply.

No, Apple does well selling to people who want hardware, software and mobile devices to work together seamlessly.
What’s the level of application and system integration between Android and Windoze? Probably not 20% of what it is between iOS and OS X.

The model is to sell top of the line to folks with money falling out of their pockets.
Nothing wrong with the product or the business model, I would rather work for a rich guy than a poor guy, but there is very little room at the top.

I thought they hated Windoz? Why focus on that?
I thought Apple was unto themselves fantastic and giants of technology.
Why wallow in the mire with Billy Gates?
