I made some yesterday. I would think that the Jack Daniels would end up sterilising the eggnog. It is 40% ABV, after all. (If you get the special airport brew, it’s 50% ABV.)

A few drops of vinegar and salt makes raw cookie dough edible without consequence.
Just let is sit in the refrig for a few hours first.

Raw edible dough can also be made without the perishable ingredients.
Prepping the flour is number one by allowing it to be frozen for at least
three days to kill any worm eggs in it.

Instead of eggs use mayo which is already sterilized by the vinegar and salt.
Look up Mayo cookies or cupcakes and just add more flour to create the texture
you want, which would be gummy and chewy with Chocolate chips. YUM!
