The truth hurts. Although I think it should probably be 12 years old.

The message is meaningless. If you want to stop all the unwanted pregnancies, take away the welfare.

A Well-known, and long-running, ghetto scam.
The phrase is “All ya gotta do is f***, and nine months later you’ll be making the big bucks!” Look it up...
Ghetto mothers encourage their 12-15 yr old daughters to get pregnant. When the kid is born, the mother takes custody, and gets A TON of welfare support, and fostering money for it.
In some places, the fostering alone pays as much as $1,400 a month per kid, (3x more if it is classified as “therapeutic foster care”), plus all of the other welfare bennies, like rent support, utility, support, SNAP, WIC, free phones, free lunches, free cable, free internet, etc...

I’d never seen MLK3 before, and was very impressed with what an absolutely charming person he is, quietly jolly and serene, even. Knowing no more about the situation, I’d have to attribute that to excellent parentage, both genetics and upbringing.

Everybody should wear shirts like that, because from what I can see, the problem is not restricted to inner-city blacks at all. Lower-class white girls are catting around and having babies too. A baby is an income stream to them.

The recipe for escaping poverty is well known and documented:
1. Finish school.
2. Get a job.
3. Get married.
4. THEN have children.
Doing these four things in this order makes it virtually impossible to remain in poverty in the United States.
Many start off with step 4, fail at step 1, resent the very idea of step 2, don’t even care about step 3.
