He needs to wait for Cruz to make his announcement, then decide not to run. Just like Christie may not run if Bush or Romney jumps in the ring.
To: Steelfish
No one named Bush.
No one named Clinton.

A candidate lectured by the left fielding no real opposition is proving he is not fit to lead to WVERYONE. The stupid GOPe had been castrated... Or it is like the whore of Babylon, feeding the little boys to placate the pervs.

O’Bummer is going to so completely alienate the liberals that Bush is going to win. He’s going to do for the GOPe what Jorge Busho did for O’Bummer. Jeb will complete America’s transformation into a third world country.

NJFatboy would make a great VP for Hillary.
But I suspect she’ll go with a minority if she gets that far.

it’s going to happen. people need to do something about it besides moan on internet message boards — because moaning about it on internet message boards turned out to be insufficient to stop romney in 2012, and look how that turned out.
we learned all about that the hard way.

I just can't understand why conservatives don't like me!
Is it because I'm married to a "person of color"?

If so I'm out. I honestly couldn't just hold my nose and vote "so the other guy doesn't win" this time. I just couldn't get myself to do it. Not for Jeb Bush. Can't be done.
After the omnibus bill, I don't know if I'll ever vote for anyone other than the purest TEA party candidate out there. Otherwise, I'd only be hurting myself and my kids. I don't want to EVER contribute to the RINO party ever again. They really went way, way too far to the left this time. In fact, they rubbed it in the face of the entire electorate who were screaming for them to stop the mad man in the White house.
I wouldn't be surprised if after this they never win another election. They can't be trusted any more than the "you can keep your health care plan" democrats.

Actually, I do think that Jeb Bush has value as kryptonite for super-hillary. The idea of either Hillary Clinton or Jeb Bush running turns the stomachs of many voters. The possibility that both could run doubles the disgust factor and neither one will have a prayer of getting their own party’s nomination. Jeb Bush will push the Democrats away from Clinton and towards Elizabeth Warren.

Which open-borders candidate shall I vote for? The Democrat or the Republican? I think I’ll vote for the Republican one. Oh, sure, he’s an open-borders guy, but at least he has an “R” next to his name. That makes all the difference.
