Have every cop in St Louis be there and make an announcement: “Since the black neighborhoods do not want the police, and Attn Gen Holder does not want the police in the black neighborhoods, the St Louis police will no longer patrol those neighorhoods. They will not be available to answer 911 calls, because our officers’ lives can no longer be protected there. The risk for their lives is too great when their hands are tied.”

It isn’t that the actual residents of these neighborhoods do not want a police presence. It’s that Holder and his racist boss 0bama don’t want them to have a police presence. There are a lot of reasons why, but saving black lives isn’t one of them.
