People need to be able to trust the fact that no matter what color, creed, race or religion they are if they do something wrong they are going to jail. Then there is no question of trust or mistrust just people doing their jobs and putting away the criminals. I think that the Giuliani approach is needed country wide.

What are "communities of color"? They are the throwback communities that haven't yet become diversified. Evidently that's good if they are all Black, but bad if they are over 27% White...
