Anyone, no matter what his intelligence level, bnows that cutting taxes helps everyone, but you lose the money that is used to line your friends pockets. So the decision is keep your friends on the take and let the people go. So long as I have money ......

Remarkably, the gas tax in the PRNJ is one of the lowest in the nation.

That should help the people trying to escape.

Please. Any LIBs/DIMs...please stay in your wonderful state. Every other state sucks. You would be unhappy elsewhere.

Let the conservative move out of NJ, and build a wall to keep the libs out of PA. I live in PA, and it’s bad enough that we’re blue from Philly, but the libs from NY, and NJ move to the Pocono’s and turn the state even more blue. :-(

About 8 years ago, we contemplated moving to the NYC area... I began looking at real estate on the web and found some lovely homes in Montclair, NJ. The prices of the homes were quite reasonable given they were turn of the century mansions, many on an acre and we would have been selling a DC area home.
Then I noticed the real estate taxes... some were as high as $30,000.00 annually. I recall emailing a broker, asking if I was reading the rates incorrectly... Nope :)
No wonder real estate prices were so reasonable lol
