PLEASE HELP FINISH *THIS* FReepathon BEFORE Christmas December!

Not to worry, I will be picking up another in no time, when I’m ready to. Meanwhile had a fabulous Thanksgiving with family, and a first in many years. Two days with them was fabulous!

I’m going to take another two weeks “vacation” because the job I’ll be seeking will be something else then the customary I’ve worked. I want this time to take care of some “homework” here and to navigate the areas I’m interested in seeking another job first. It always pays to see how employees like or not where they work so I go there before applying.

Trust you enjoyed your Holiday with family members and or friends. That is what life is...enjoying those we care for and taking time with those relationships.

Not a major issue as it was just part-time.....so many jobs are available for part-time I will have another when I’m ready. I intend to enjoy the Christmas season this year...one that I’m usually burned out on as I worked retail. Who would have thought you’d loose retail work at this time! But I was the highest paid in our dept. and they had a minimum wage worker on the side ready to replace me. New CEO is cutting expenses and I was one of them!

No doubt...but that is not the priority anymore, as most know retail isn’t any longer about ones ability to sell.....it’s about having a warm body in place for the least amount of money....and that will depend on the manager of the store.

We had a new one a couple months ago....gestapo type....many walk offs soon after she began and continue so.....never managed a store before so you can imagine the chaos. It was “easy to resign on my terms” rather than to wait til after Christmas when I could see this was coming. So I handled this well, just a matter of when I was going to make my move...now was time.
