The lady told me that there was a meeting...think she said yesterday regarding the election of the Speaker of the House.
Boehner was unopposed. Three or four reps abstained their vote...the rest are supporting Boehner.
Anyhew, did speak to her about the whole Obozo executive amnesty thang.
She says that there are lotsa moving parts in Congress right now. One would be a move to strip funding out of an appropriations bill...put it on Obozo’s desk and let’em shutdown the gubbamint. hmmmmm, not sure that's gonna happen.
I asked her about a congressional injunction before the courts to temporarily halt this sort of executive action...she said that this was being looked into.
One other is an injunction by the states. First would have to have a “Cause of Action” take place, hence the EO. The states could then go into court and ask a judge for an injunction if they show this action would cause harm.
