This reply will bring down volumes of hate on my head. That being said, I think we have had a dog whistle moment. He said, “equal justice.” We are all aware that we have not had equal justice in this nation since social intervention in our justice system began occurring since the ‘60s. We now average about 15 years to execute death penalty cases. We do not enforce the laws as written either by letter or spirit. Many practices today are allowed under rights not expressly granted by written law from any legislature of any stripe. The POTUS just told every “aggrieved minority” in this country that he and his administration have gone as far as they can go in granting and guaranteeing economic and social justice (two concepts totally unrecognized and I think specifically omitted from the Declaration and Constitution). He has in essence told the proponents of social and economic justice they MUST take to the streets and protest, riot, and create hysteria so the news media in this nation will blame the Republicans for every instance of Constitutional equal justice being given priority over social and economic justice. Given the lack of morals, conscience and known firepower in the hands of gangs and anarchists, we could very well see riots and gunfire within the year.

OMG!!!! I frankly don’t give a rats ass whether or not a federal prosecutor is a “charming people person”. I can think of lots of other things that would top my list of expectations and that is not one of them.
