Besides all the liberal crap, her biggest failure and one that we see on our side too sometimes is that just because they facilitate a filibuster or makes a speech or writes a bill does not mean that you are ready for the next level.

What I don’t understand is how it ever “went right” for Davis.

While it may have gone all wrong for her, it certainly went right for Texas. :=)

How did it all go so wrong with Wendy Davis?

Here's a thought: She's an idiot.

Wendy Davis, the “future” governor of Houston (and nowhere else?)

These pundits also miss the fact that Democrats are increasingly openly in favor of lawless government. Wendy Davis actually attacked Abbott in a debate on class-action settlements, demanding that he should have violated the law. He pointed out that she had voted for that law she demands he break.

Three reasons why Wendy Davis' campaign failed:

1. That gigantic gaffe of a political ad that ended up offending way too many wheelchair-bound people.
2. She ran on one major agenda--abortion rights. That didn't sit well with the vast majority of Texas state voters.
3. She was beholden to the Hollywood Left, and that again didn't sit well with many Texas state voters.

Was it when she learned how to move her lips - to form words?

Please do tell us...

Will the real Wendy Davis please stand up?

It is not smart to elect corrupt and incompetent people. Davis is a prime example.

From a few quick perusals over at the DUmp: they STILL can’t figure out what went wrong. Most still have this “how could the voters not see how much we want to help them” attitude.
Well, a couple have grasped the idea they reached too far but the vast majority just does not have a clue.

And as history has shown they never will...

Perhaps it is precisely that sort of insulting generalization which leads liberals to consistently under-perform with Hispanic voters. By now it should have occurred to at least some of them that the quality of the candidate and the positions they embrace are more important to many voters than whether they have a D or an R after their name

I imagine it was quite the shock Wednesday morning to many libtards that the GOP "stole" a large potion of the Hispanic base from them...

That's the problem with libtards they think the color of your skin denotes your political beliefs...

They think that because in their minds your political persuasion is determined by the class of people you are, not your character

She was propped up buy out of state leftards and a few in-state ones as well as the default Dem voters. Not enough blue steam for the abortion barbie express and she got railroaded instead as is fitting.
