The town of Quantico proper used to only be a couple of blocks with a Credit Union and several Haberdasher shops.
They should have taken note of one of the T-shirts sold there back in the 80s.

“The fact that the flag is inverted may suggest that either the person who dropped the leaflets is a poser not connected with ISIS at all but who may sympathize with the terrorist group and could intend to launch some kind of lone wolf attack or the leaflet was dropped to test security, communications and analysis responses.”
The flag is not only inverted (upside down,) it’s also a mirror image. This suggests that the person(s) who printed and/or distributed the leaflets doesn’t read or understand a word of Arabic. Most likely, a new convert who is trying to carry favor with ISIS.
OTOH, the whole thing could be a scarecrow, so to speak. If it isn’t and the guy is caught, he should have an “unfortunate” accident or get “suicided.”
