Back from the Doc. SweetiePalm has an inner ear/ sinus infection on top of something viral.

He says, "I can fix the infection and make you feel better while your body takes care of the virus on its own."

Prescriptions sent directly to Walgreen's. They were ready before we could drive the three blocks (using city distances for most of y'all). We're back home and she is taking a nap.

...I looked for it in the children’s history area and couldn’t find it, so asked the salesperson.

“It’s not a history book,” she said with contempt and said they didn’t “carry” it. Perhaps noticing my incredulousness she managed to find a copy in the back somewhere.

“You don’t consider this a children’s history book,” I couldn’t help but ask.

“No. It’s pure fiction.”

Maybe Barnes and Noble only want liberal shoppers... union members, blacks, illegals, dependent women - and a few white liberal elites. If that's the case they might as well shut the doors now... 'cause it's gonna be over soon.
