They weren’t silent...I heard many call this out. However what did you propose beyond that they do? Impeach? I’m sorry but that action would guaruntee not another conservative sees the light of the White House ever again. We haven’t seen it in 26 years already. Now you must ask yourself why hasn’t a conservative seen the White House in that long?

I guess they’re Conservative enough. I’m just having a hard time getting past what Cochran, Barbour and McConnell did in Mississippi. And, McConnell threatening to “crush” the Tea Party. I’m having a hard time getting over those things, and yes, I am one vindictive a**hole.

God forbid that FR should go the way of National Review and other once-conservative sources! The Rove-Romney cabal could certainly buy FR were it for sale. We don’t appreciate enough how lucky we are.

The “purists” were primarily in SW Missouri, around Springfield. They took issue with Talent’s support for certain medical research.
