Really? American military for a disease in the crap countries of Africa? Plus, American military ground troops to fight ISIS that his short sightedness allowed ISIS to develop? If the man had any balls or foresight, he would have insisted on a "forces of agreement" before we ever left the shit hole of Iraq. So many deaths and so many maimed and for what now?
