To late for that, already been done. Roberts ruled the ACA was a tax in spite of the feds argument that it emphatically was not a tax, but a fee. That what they said to the public. In the legal system, they insisted it was a tax, and Roberts, along with several of the competing lower court decisions, agreed.

Nope. And all of this “gonna get rid of obamacare, obamacare will be overturned, etal.” bullcrap is just to keep the sheep calm. Cruz had the recipe for getting rid of obamacare and the Republicans, led by Mitch McConnell stabbed him in the back. That proves that the Republican Party wants obamacare as bad as the Democrats.
