Yes
Here is the report
What I have read Turkey is really concerned with ISIS and were prepared to launch their own air strikes if we did not. ISIS at this moment are fighting theses forces listed bellow.
Syria
Iraq
US
Peshmerga (Iraqi Kurds)
PKK (Turkish Kurds)
YPG (Syrian Kurds)
Hezbollah
Iran
Al Nusra Front (Al Qaeda)
Free Syrian Army
Lebanon
Russia (pilots Iraqi AF)
They seem to make enemies in all directions.
What the Affirmative Action Anus is unable to see through his Muslim glasses is that the "rebels" are jihadist scum who massacre Christians wherever they can find them. That's just as his cousin and ally Raila Odinga's people did in Kenya in 2006.
Assad is not attractive, OK? But he is not going to surrender his country ... and it is his ... to Muslim swine who would obliterate his people, The Christians of one of the oldest Churches of the Gospel in the world, and anyone else they consider an Infidel. The Syrians are an effective force, supported and trained by the Russians to use highly sophisticated weapons and are more or less wiping out the jihadist "rebels."
So, for Obama to crack down on ISIS, which exists in Iraq only because the Syrian Army has chased these disgusting devils out of their country, he would have to work with Assad. An ideologically driven pro-Muslim, Obama cannot bring himself to do that.
There goes Damascus!
