I know that there is heavy machinery to harvest corn....my point is that people are getting free everything and have no actual farming skills or understanding where things come from. Corn was not always harvested that way on small farms either.

Did you brush w oil?
Yes I did, both sides with Olive oil. Did season it with some sage & a little fresh garlic mixed in. Then threw on some Mesquite chips for the last 10 minutes.
The meat was so lean that I was sure it would be dry. It was moist, juicy and absolutely delicious. We waited for you to show up and since you didn’t we ate every last bite.
Am thinking about getting some ‘back-strap’ for our next BBQ, but may have to sell a couple of acres of land to afford it.
No wonder the Indians were so PO’d when the white man came in and slaughtered their buffalo for the hides and tongues!
