Do you have a source for that? I ask only because the autopsy report and details of the manner of death have not been released.
So the only thing released to the public is the a gunshot wound and consequences thereof .... but nothing else?
That and a statement released by the family spokesperson:
“...Gail Hoffman, a spokeswoman for the Brady family, said the ruling should really be no surprise to anybody.
Jim had been long suffering severe health consequences since the shooting, she said, adding that the family had not received official word of the ruling from either the medical examiners office or the police....”
I like the part about the family not receiving official word. How about any word?
He died Monday in Alexandria.
Autopsy was done by the a Va Medical Examiner
In 5 days :
—all autopsy results are in
—the report is completed
—DC authorities receive notification of a homicide resulting from a gunshot wound 30+ years ago?
When is the last time these offices have been so efficient?
Did he? Or did his wife seize the opportunity to use him as a poster child for personal gain?
Brady had been a gun collector before the shooting.
Brady was shot in the head and died of pneumonia. That'd be a stretch, medically.
I understand but there was a comment about whether they can charge murder after all these years. I was just saying if they can connect his death with the original injury they can indeed charge Hinkley with murder.
