this whole issue places the left in an interesting predicament. It shows their blatant hypocrisy, and lack of moral compass.
The last few years, race has been their bashing point...remember the stink that jesse jackson, et al raised when the NFL lions did not interview a black coach candidate,,blah blah, etc.
now, their bashing point is gaydom...and, with Coach Dungy’s comments, they now have an influential, successful black guy speaking his opinion about gays....and the left decides to throw the influential, successfuly black guy under the bus, for a gay guy.
so.....today.....gay trumps black. black trumps white. PC trumps reason and logic.
what will the left do when they get a gay white guy, bashing a black guy?

He needed to clarify them. He was under attack and needed to provide the context of when the original interview took place. I think he should have done so sooner. He didn’t change his position.
He only needed to “clarify” if you buy the PC tolerance flapdoodle, which apparently YOU DO.
