Like a cake in an oven, we’re done.
So he got sent to a re-education camp (diversity course)???
What country am I in? It’s as if I woke up in Red China all of a sudden.
Antoinette: Let them eat cake.
Federal judge: You make that f$%^ing cake or I’ll put you in a dungeon.
Which one was/is more out of touch? Tough call, but at least the French got some justice.
(Isn’t there an anti-slavery Amendment?)
I wouldn’t go to a re-education camp. They’d have to put me in prison first. So far as being obliged to bake gay wedding cakes, well, you can bake ‘em, but they don’t have to be good. Bake them a Mexican sheetcake and see if they want to buy another.
RE: Of course, the homosexuals can discriminate all day long and it’s A-OK:
Gay hairdresser refuses to cut NM governors hair

And are these Taxi Drivers going to be prosecuted?
Muslim drivers at Cleveland airport refuse to drive cabs with Gay Games advertising
RE: The goal is to rehabilitate.
Rehabilitate as in forcing Christians to do things against their beliefs... yeah, that’s rehabilitation.
If this depraved insanity stands and this baker is forced to make cakes in celebration of homo-marriage, it is a clear-cut sign to me that America is fully and completely dead.
It is quite simple. You do one gay wedding cake. It is a highly decorated Sodom and Gomorrah/Book of Revelations cake covered with figurines that bursts into flames when you light the candles.
A few thoughts:
1. There is no Constitutional right to force someone to provide a particular service.
2. Just how hard is it to find a homosexual baker who could make the cake and appreciate the business?
3. There was a time when a reasonable judge would tell the plaintiffs to just go away because their claim was not worth the time involved.
What if a black baker was asked to bake a cake for a KKK reunion, with a noose made of frosting on it?
What if a Kosher Butcher was forced to make a Bacon Burger?
What if a Moslem restaurant was ordered to serve food during Ramadan?
What if a radical feminist was forced to cater a Pro-Life Rally?
What if a homosexual was forced to provide some personal services to the Westboro Baptists?
I could go on and on.
RE: There is no Constitutional right to force someone to provide a particular service.
So, refusing service to a black man simply because of his race is constitutional?
Secondly, are they having a moslem owned delicatessen cater the event. If no, why not?
I read the judgement against him at the time and cracked up. I’d not have been able to live in this country any more had that happened to me. Mexico, maybe.
What if a White man refuses to bake a cake for a black man because he is marrying a white woman?
Just why aren’t the LGBT crowd required to go to diversity training? They are the intolerant ones. This is sick to require Christians to go to rehabilitation - is this still America? I think not!
