I never called you an opponent of Israel.
I take issue with your misrepresentation of left wing ideas as right wing ones, with your personal attacks on conservative figures, and your calling certain topics off-limits in vituperative language designed to end discussion.
These all are left-wing tactics. In my mind I see you as a liberal who supports Israel but dislikes conservatives and conservatism. Even that would be ok if you didn’t misrepresent liberal positions as conservative ones. Progressives always lie about their viewpoints.
The problem here is that you have no idea on earth what you’re talking about with me, because you don’t know me in the least.
And as far as I’m concerned I wouldn’t want to even mix in with someone like you ... so I don’t even care to know about you.
I’ll let my support of Israel stand for itself, and you can go along your ignorant way.
Netanyahu is phony. He handed Hebron to the Arabs, looked the other way while they carted smashed Jewish artifacts from under the Temple Mount away in dumpsters, and is achieving almost nothing from the current conflict with Hamas in Gaza. Hamas still retains 90% of their missiles and none of their leadership has been killed. You obviously know little of Israeli politics to call Danon a "jerk". He is a patriot who is rightly critical of Netanyahu. Danon is almost singlehandedly responsible for pushing Netanyahu to build the security fence with Egypt on the Sinai which reduced the inflow of Sudanese and Somali illegal aliens from 45,000 in 2013 to 300 in 2014.

If the foreign minister thinks the prime minister is doing a lousy job, he should either shut up when outvoted or quit, not publicly undermine the PM at the height of a bitter conflict with Hamas.
Israel is currently a nation at war. It has been targeted with some 1,300 rockets over the past eight days fired at its population almost everywhere in the country.
Untenably, on Tuesday, Liberman sought to score points at the expense of Israelis’ faith in their leadership. Whether his prescription for Gaza is right or wrong — does Israel really want to reconquer Gaza and retake responsibility for 1.6 million Palestinians there? How many Israelis might die in the process? How will Israel’s international legitimacy be affected? Are there better ways to de-fang Hamas, including via the quietly flourishing Israeli-Egyptian axis? — the fact is that he was not elected to run this country. If he thinks the man who was is doing a lousy job, he should quit the government, not undermine it from within. Least of all from his position at the helm of Israel’s entire diplomatic hierarchy
The foreign minister is not the only prominent Israeli government politician to be openly opposing Netanyahu. Lesser-known figures including ministers Yisrael Katz (Likud) and Uzi Landau (Yisrael Beytenu), and Deputy Defense Minister Danny Danon (Likud) were also spouting criticism in the course of Tuesday, and the eminently dispensable Danon was fired later Tuesday. But Liberman is the prime minister’s former bureau chief and was his political partner going into January 2013’s elections, when their two parties ran on a joint list (a partnership Liberman abrogated last week). He is seen as someone who knows the prime minister well, and here he is telling us that Netanyahu doesn’t know what he’s doing.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is doing a fine job of protecting Israelis and their country against Hamas and their rockets, in the face of the reality of the situation and garnering world support for Israel, plus the support of Egypt, too.
But there are some GRANDSTANDING ISRAELI POLITICIANS who are like DOGS yapping and nipping at Netanyahu’s heels ... like Liberman and Danon (who was fired) and others who are doing NOTHING in service to Israel. They are like Senator Reid in the USA, that you wish would just go away and disappear!
Just curious: Are you related to Netanyahu?
