Here’s the problem with the “vote Cochrane or the Dems will control the Senate” argument.

Cochrane “won” the runoff thanks to the support of Liberals and the Democrat political machine in MS.

He owes them. THEY know he owes them. And have not been exactly quiet about laying out a laundry list of items that he now needs to support and work for in paying back that political debt.

So Cochrane is now, functionally, a vote for the Democrat agenda in the Senate.

You could argue that Cochrane will just sell out his Democrat patrons. Just like he did the Conservative base. Yes, he has a pretty well established track record to that sort of thing, I’ll admit. But it’s not enough to actually place trust and faith in him doing so.

Some stern things need to be said about sabotaging integrity. It’s one thing to disagree about issues, even wrongly. It’s another thing to call on your enemy to save you by doing what your enemy typically does.

I've invited koanhead to address that, he doesn't seem capable of understanding just how wrong this despicable act by the Cochran campaign was.

It's not possible to unite with that. Cochran needs to step down and cede the election to McDaniels, that's how we unify around a candidate in the right way.
