before he was indicted in the Watergate mess.

True enough, but I fear that Barack Obama may have those of us who are old enough to remember looking back fondly upon that era.

Jimmy Carter should be Barack Obama's biggest fan, as Jimmy is now only the second worst president of my lifetime (perhaps of all time).
