Good news if accurate.

Good news, yes, but part of me sees anything that bolsters Obama’s pitiful foreign policy as ultimately being bad news for the World at large.

Iraqi special forces, backed up by air support, destroyed an ISIS convoy and gunned down three ISIS snipers OK, so how many dead terrorists were in the convoy?

I wish that information had been posted. The article talks about three snipers who were killed. Maybe a future article will reveal more information.

Don’t disagree per se. Nontheless, I am not enthusiastic about another oil shock.

Which makes me recall a time in grade school where I decided not to complete an assignment that was due the following day. The next morning, to my pleasant surprise, the teacher did not collect the assignment.
This led me to feeling totally vindicated in my decision to not do my homework and I decided to try it again on occasion with less favorable results. This strategy did not serve me well in the rest of my school years or in life, for that matter.
This is how I see the Obama strategy, he sees every favorable result as a well-earned victory.

I don't really feel like paying $7 for a gallon of gas just so that a pitiful president can look even more pitiful.

"he sees every favorable result as a well-earned victory." I can understand that in light of the disaster that has befallen Iraq, that the failure of ISIS to take a refinery would seem like a well earned victory to Obama. He's got to take what he can get. That's how losers think.

This refinery is in Sunni territory. It will fall or be destroyed.

The claims of the Maliki Government have yet to be verified. If the Maliki Government doesn’t have a replacement Baghdad Bob, it can count on Obama for a loaner.

My assumption is also that if ISIS cannot take and hold the refinery, it will do its best to destroy it.
