I think this should be brought up every time the democrats want to talk about immigration reform. The toehold of the Mexican drug cartels could spread nationwide in no time.

The Cartels are brutes, they can communicate their messages more graphically than this and they have had at times, free reign in Juarez. I’d have questions that the Cartels did this. The signs don’t readily look like Cartel signs either. Could be as said in some stories, “anti-drug-war activists” or even pranksters. That one billboard even looks a bit polished, almost as if it would have been painted totally black first and then painted on “Plata or Plomo”. Of course, more likely, the billboard was all black to begin with.
Just echoes of what comes out of the WH/Congress/Senate/DOJ.....
I’d question the Cartels doing this but all the same, Cartels in the USA need to be combated to the full-extent possible, secured borders would be a start.

These signs have been here for YEARS. Maybe not hanging from billboards, but in cities like Houston, San Antonio, Victoria and Corpus Christi. Painted everywhere between.

This puts on display the veracity of one of Rush's truisms: "If you want to know what's going on in the United States, read the British press." They are unencumbered by (insert favorite reason for bias here) and are generally agenda free when it comes to reporting on America.
