Actually, anybody who got more subsidy than they were supposed to get (lots of "miscalculating" has been going on) will get a nice tax bill from the IRS, too. 36-40% Of California Exchange eligible enrollees will owe the IRS money next year - think they'll be screaming then? Not only that, the IRS can use all of their enforcement techniques to claw back this money, unlike the tax/fine/mandate or whatever you call the punishment for not signing up for Obamadon'tcare.
