HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Establishment wins in North Carolina, break out the band! It's all over for the Tea Party! Long live the Oligarchs!!

Tea Party wins in Nebraska (for both US Senate and Governor, not to mention the congressional seat in West Virginia) and it's a "modest victory"

We could assist in CBS' suicide by just not giving them any attention. (Was there no other source for this news?)

No, Ben Nelson was replaced by Deb Fischer two years ago. This year, Mike Johannes is retiring after one term (he replaced Chuck Hagel).

And good riddance. Look at his voting record! Sasse will be MUCH better! Making the US Senate more conservative, one seat at a time!

Johanns (NE) - 05/13/14 - 63% (Average) - 56% (Heritage) - 71% (CFG) - 71% (ACU) - 55% (FreedomWorks)

They are just helping their rino friends have a voice. McConnell can’t say say bad things, again, about the tea party so close to his primary.

LOL. The Tea Party pulls out a “modest” victory and CBS writes a grudging article about it.

Yep, my bad….oh well, glad Sasse won and glad Nebraska now has two NON Dems. Not sure I love Fischer, but any of these are better than Johns/Nelson combo.

CBS was so happy with GOPe’s glee over last wk’s NC TEA Party smackdown

All liberals write off the TEA Party constantly, taking no consideration of the intimidation that has been waged

This must freak them right out. Eric Gucci cantor as well no doubt

As much as they mock the tea party, they never acknowledge that Cruz is quickly becoming the voice of opposition. Denial on a grand scale.

This was for the successor to Mike Johanns, who is retiring after this term.

This is the way the House and Senate were supposed to work, a citizen-legislator gets elected for one or two terms, then goes back home and his successor, supposedly representing the more updated frame of thinking that persists in the locality, brings new blood and perspective to the respective legislative chamber.

Somewhere that got derailed with politicians making a lifetime career of holding an office until they are carried out dead or feet first. Incumbency is a blessing only for the incumbent. Even worse when it becomes a dynasty and is held as a “family legacy” for generations.

Years ago a good friend, an American ex-patriot living in Europe, told me that the United States is one of the most heavily propagandized nations in the world. I didn't now what to make of this. I trusted his intelligence, honesty, and judgment, but I just tucked this observation away in my mind for future reference.

If he said that to me today--he died several years ago--I would give him a resounding agreement--though it's hard to say whether the North America or Europe is more heavily propagandized.

Truth is not only routinely disregarded, but in some cases to speak it is forbidden and, at least in Europe and Canada, illegal.

The propaganda in the U.S.A. is relentless and overwhelming. It has lead America into a quicksand of decay and decline and is leading her inexorably to destruction,

And its only real antidote, that which could save us--Truth--the unvarnished Truth--Truth for its own sake--is scorned, ridiculed, taboo, and dangerous.

Western Civilization is truly in a downward spiral of self-destruction.

There were not one but two big Tea Party wins yesterday. Sasse in Nebraska and Alex Mooney in West Virginia. Both are of the Ted Cruz type of conservative in which they will not cave before the republican establishment but instead shine a light on their deceptive practices.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"

Your expression of glee was quite 'modest'. It should be more like:

CBS Propaganda Ministry: "The victory notched by tea party Republicans in the Nebraska Senate race was modest, but they'll take it in a season that has yielded few bright spots so far."

With all precincts reporting, Sasse defeated Dinsdale 49 percent to 22 percent

CBS, yer phoning it in, baby. This one is complete bullshit, it's provable that you lied, and it shows you are nothing CLOSE to news, but ONLY propaganda.

Could you please elaborate on the 27 point margin? It sounds like there were more than two candidates.
