Well that is one way to fix it.
Praying for the very best outcome for Rush later today when his new implant is turned on...
I find Rush’s descriptions of deafness and the cochlear implants fascinating. I feel bad for him, though. He’s a trooper.
Great minds think alike. Fascinating.
We should know how it works out next Monday.
Is that what he said? I hope it works out - it sounds so worrisome.
Hving done similar work with RF, I can tell you that what Rush is saying about the data mapping is crucial, and the more data sets the better.
That sounds Yummy.
With his talking about some of the “advantages” of deafness, one wonders that if he had suffered it earlier, whether he wouldn’t have had three failed marriages ;-)
He will get tested and mapped this week.
Then they will have to reduce the data and program his device.
That could be done by Monday, but, as Rush said, that is not necessarily the end of the road with the mapping, it is the beginning.
The device could be turned on this weekend for the first test of the mapping.
I thought he said it was being turned on today. No matter. His description of waking up with terrible sounds was awful. And I complain because I’m slightly hard of hearing!
Ha! Yes, deafness can be a pleasure when married to a yenta.
sa yat already yet
Testing to collect data sets begins today, so yes it will be turned on, but it will not really be usable till the map his audio data and program the device.
Wow! The Backyard is a lake! and several rivers!
Texas needs water.....Texas size water too
I wish it wouldn’t all run off.
