The rest of the world is probably much more concerned about U.S. military actions and secret surveillance of communications/PRISM.
The rest of the world doesn’t give two cents for any of those things. Perhaps the governments do but the average citizens of other countries do not. You apparently have not travelled much.....that’s okay but it also limits your understanding.
