They were communist Russians who considered themselves elite and against the Czar Nicholas. So they go to the ‘culture’ of Europe to take in the teachings of Marx and Engels. They were financed by the Rothschilds who wanted to depose the Czar who did not go along with the Rothchilds’ plan for control of Russia’s money market. My father was a ‘white’ Russian who was wounded in some fighting with the Bolsheviks before the 1917 revolution. He escaped to the USA and died a few months before I was born. My mother was a child of a pre 1917 Russian family immigration to the USA. I still have memories of my mother being in contact with my father’s brother in Russia and also the Russians around my mother’s family in the USA.
The difference is that when a FReeper posts from MSNBC they don’t parrot what’s been said on MSNBC. In this particular case what was said on RIA Novosti was echoed by the OP.
I did not 'have to' add German into the name of the Nazi Party - the Nazis did that themselves. 'Nazi' is an acronym for the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei or National Socialist German Worker's Party.
So while there are right-wingers in Ukraine (and last I checked we occasionally see some on FR) there are no Nazis in Ukraine. The use of the term with regards to Ukraine is a signature and hallmark of Russian propaganda since their puppet Yanukovich fled to Moscow to avoid prosecution for corruption and state-sponsored murder.

But if someone observes that MSNBC parrots the party line, you never see anyone excusing it by exclaiming, "but what about Russia Today?"
I really don’t care about MSNBC or RIA Novosti parroting a party line - what I called out was a FReeper parroting the Russian Information Agency (which is what ‘RIA’ stands for).
Okay, THAT is funny! It’s like calling out MSNBC for not being adequately pro-Obama!
I’ll see if I can find it for you, but it will have to wait for this evening.
There is a party which named itself the “Socialist-Nationalist” party, until the elections board had a problem with it. They idolize the Banderites. The Banderites didn’t merely fight for Hitler because Hitler could liberate them from the Soviets. Oh, no: when Hitler threw the leadership into concentration camps, they nonetheless proceded to commit genocide against the Polish-speaking minority.
