The ones that have been involved with the pro-Ukraine demonstrations and possibly the ones responding to polls. Since polls can be manipulated I’ll view those with caution. However, unlike the 100% or almost 100% Russian votes, the Ukrainian polls in the East seem to mirror reality in showing a realistic majority but not a huge one.
