Fall into the ocean. The USA would be better off.
In the meantime, the Mid West Coast of South America is ringing like a bell, with a 6.2 on one of the rings.

Babylon’s days are numbered.
Then again, maybe not.
Go to the link, download the program (takes about 2 seconds). Then just run it.
Has all kinds of controls and you can really see what is happening from a much larger perspective.
When was the last time there was actually a fore shock to a large earthquake?
There were a few earthquakes I felt in the last month or so before this bigger 4.4 one. I was semi awake when it hit today and felt that it wasn’t the same violent jack hammer Northridge one I went thru in 1994 or I was too sleepy to care....I needed that extra 30 minutes.
Good video of early mprnong news anchors ducking and covering on live TV.....take the link,....
I have been worried. My friends felt a small one just north of Bakersfield yesterday. Now this 4.4 in the SFV. Prayers that the plates calm again. The Norhhridge quakes (6.7, 6.7 in about a one minute span) were over 20 years ago.
All of the time I was stationed in San Diego the MOST I EVER “felt” was a 3.1(All I “felt” was a litte “Wiggle”). I was RIPPED OFF!
They always say it could be a 5 percent chance of something greater, I doubt it but damn it scared the crap out of me this morning
Maybe just Hollyweird’s production studios?
We had one just off the coast up north about a week ago.

“Whoa. Thats weird. A few hours before this I had another premonition of the big one in CA... I get them every once in a while, probably due to watching one too many disaster flicks at the drive-in.”

One of the articles authors... Wrong Gong Lim
they certainly did go quite a way out on the “the Big One “ limb here.
A somewhat slow news day otherwise may have provided the impetus for them to hype this story.
or....it could be a yawn, signifying nothing...
Call me in 6 months
Every earthquake is both a foreshock and an aftershock.
This is why I stayed in Fresno. When the present coast falls into the Pacific Ocean, I will have beach front retirement property, and I like to surf!
